New Goals

This week I decided that it is time to start making myself do stuff.  We have an above ground pool that I never get into and always feel guilty at the end of the summer because I didn't. I also have an 11yo that is the baby of 4, 2 are grown and one 17, so they're not here to do stuff with her.  I decided it is time to get in the pool for at least an hour a few times a week. So far we got in it Sunday and yesterday. My 11 yo will not get in it by herself so she has enjoyed me getting in it with her.  My new thing is to do things that make me feel good when I do them.  If it makes me feel bad because I didn't do it, then I need to make myself do it....make sense??? I'm also working on my exercising. My husband got my an exercise bike for Christmas and I have rarely been on it. It wants you to do 30 minutes, but I decided this week to do 20 minutes 4 times this week. I've done that twice and I feel so good about it. It's not that it's hard, but I get bored, lol. I like to listen to motivational speakers while I exercise as I'm also trying to do that every day!!
    I was off from my "job" yesterday. I was going to deep clean my kitchen, but I didn't,  lol. We went and signed my daughter up for cheer, went to Sonic for slushies and mozzarella sticks, baked a cake, got in the pool, and just chilled. I did do a few things around the house, but not as much as I had planned. 
   Its about time to get ready to go to my job. Have a great day!! Take time to enjoy the summer.  It's slowly creeping by and will be gone before you know it. Enjoy your days so you're not looking back wondering what happened to your fun summer you had planned for.
