Busy Week
This has been a busy week so far. I spent yesterday getting caught up on orders and haircuts for my daughter and I. I also managed to get the laundry caught up some, but no cleaning done. We leave Saturday morning for vacation and I have to work today and tomorrow which leaves everything else having to be done Friday. That also means... catching the laundry back up as well and I really wanted to go do a little shopping Friday, but.... we'll see. I do love Wal Marts new grocery pick up. I ordered our snacks and drinks online, saved $10 with code triple10 and I just have to pick it up when I get off work tomorrow. Awesome!!
I'm so ready to get away and enjoy a few days of no work, cooking, or cleaning. I am excited that my hair is cut. I got several inches cut off. It was driving me crazy and so HOT!!

New Goals
This week I decided that it is time to start making myself do stuff. We have an above ground pool that I never get into and always feel guilty at the end of the summer because I didn't. I also have an 11yo that is the baby of 4, 2 are grown and one 17, so they're not here to do stuff with her. I decided it is time to get in the pool for at least an hour a few times a week. So far we got in it Sunday and yesterday. My 11 yo will not get in it by herself so she has enjoyed me getting in it with her. My new thing is to do things that make me feel good when I do them. If it makes me feel bad because I didn't do it, then I need to make myself do it....make sense??? I'm also working on my exercising. My husband got my an exercise bike for Christmas and I have rarely been on it. It wants you to do 30 minutes, but I decided this week to do 20 minutes 4 times this week. I've done that twice and I feel so good about it. It's not that it's hard, but I get bored, lol. I like to listen to motivational speakers while I exercise as I'm also trying to do that every day!!
I was off from my "job" yesterday. I was going to deep clean my kitchen, but I didn't, lol. We went and signed my daughter up for cheer, went to Sonic for slushies and mozzarella sticks, baked a cake, got in the pool, and just chilled. I did do a few things around the house, but not as much as I had planned.
Its about time to get ready to go to my job. Have a great day!! Take time to enjoy the summer. It's slowly creeping by and will be gone before you know it. Enjoy your days so you're not looking back wondering what happened to your fun summer you had planned for.

We Made It To Wednesday
The start to the week has been busy, but worth it. My daughter was happy to get back to tumble Monday. It was her first time in the Monday class and we both liked it. She was with a different teacher that works more on the back hand spring and the girls were older. She enjoyed it and that's all that matters.
We got the dogs fixed yesterday. They are doing good. My male dog has to keep his cone on because he will not stop licking. My female is just resting. She hasn't messed with her stitching so we didn't put her cone on, but we have it if we need it. She had an umbilical hernia that had to be fixed as well so we're just taking good care of her. Our male dog is his normal self, just hating that cone, lol.
After we dropped the dogs off, a little while later, we went and watched a $4 movie at the mall theater, Ferdinand. That is such a cute movie. If you haven't watched it with your kids, you should, they will love it!!

Start To Another Week
I've spent today getting things done before another crazy week starts. This coming week is actually going to be a bit busier. We start back to gymnastics tomorrow. I'm glad we're moving to Monday's, but it makes a long day for me. I work 9 hours on Monday's then we have to go do that. I'll be gone for about 12 hours on Monday's, but I will not have to worry about it on my work at home days. Tuesday I have both dogs scheduled to get fixed. I thought this one place would be great, but it's more work on me. We have to be there @ 7:30 a.m., a place that is 30-45 minutes from my home. These dogs are outside dogs and have never been in my vehicle so it's going to be interesting. Then we have a movie date with my daughter's little friend that is an hour from this vet and then we have to be back to the vet by 3:30p.m to pick them up. I'm tired just thinking about it, but I'm excited because this is something that needs to be done. The good thing is everything is early in the week so the rest of the week will be calmer as long as the dogs heal well. I'm getting a cone for the female, shes the puppy and on the hyper side so I hope she does well.
