I have been little by little working on new habits and I feel myself doing better, but....I still slack a lot, lol. I bought this smoothie stuff I am going to try tomorrow. If has probiotics in it. I have been using Silk, but want a fruity shake. I make my shakes/ smoothies with flax seed, vitamins crushed up in it and I have been adding probiotics, but since this already has that, I may skip that one. I bought me some cereal bars, triscuits, blueberries, plumbs, blueberry bagels and blueberry cream cheese to take to work so hopefully I will not snack on junk! I also plan on starting my exercising tomorrow and do that at least three days a week soooo wish me luck!!
